Michael serves on the Operations team as an Associate Director.
He is responsible for the realignment and optimization of structures and processes within the portfolio companies. In restructuring, Michael focuses on the topics of organization and HR, among others. In addition, he advises the portfolio companies on topics such as digitalization, sales and marketing.
Before joining AEQUITA, he was managing director of several portfolio companies of private equity investors such as Droege and Auctus and held executive positions at family-owned companies such as Burda, Brita and Rakuten.
Michael studied at the Bavarian Academy of Advertising in Munich, where he earned his diploma in communication sciences.
