Roman is a Manager within the Transactions team.
He supports transactions throughout their entire lifecycle, with a particular focus on financial and commercial due diligence. Prior to joining AEQUITA, Roman worked as a consultant, advising private equity clients on international M&A transactions both on the buy-side and sell-side.
Roman studied International Business Administration in Germany and Peru. He also holds a Master’s degree in International Management from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
