Simon serves on the Operations team as a Manager.
Among other things, he is responsible for optimizing purchasing as part of the transformation of portfolio companies. Before joining AEQUITA, Simon worked as a Manager at Simon-Kucher & Partners with a focus on Commercial Value Creation and Transaction Services. Prior to that, he worked for several leading OEMs, also within the USA.
Simon studied at the TU Munich, where he earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and his master's degree in automotive and combustion engine technology.
