Stephan is Associate Director at AEQUITA and part of the Operations team.
He is responsible for the successful transformation of portfolio companies. His focus is on the strategic and financial realignment of companies and on increasing competitiveness. Stephan has many years of restructuring experience and most recently led cross-industry transformation projects at Roland Berger for German SMEs and large corporations.
Stephan holds an International Master in Finance from EADA Business School in Barcelona.
