Stephanie is Manager Recruiting and part of the HR team at AEQUITA. She supports the recruitment of management functions at holding level as well as within the portfolio companies.
Prior to joining AEQUITA, she spent several years in executive search and interim management at Berndtson Interim, where she was responsible for the placement of C-level and senior management positions, particularly in the context of transformation and special situations. From this, she brings expertise in requirements analysis, direct search, leadership assessment, as well as in building structured recruiting processes.
Stephanie holds a degree in Business Administration from Justus Liebig University Gießen.
