Ulf is Managing Director at AEQUITA and part of the Operations team.
He is responsible for the successful transformation of the portfolio companies at management level. His focus is on realigning development, sales and project management functions as well as a re-focusing the product portfolio and triggering growth initiatives.
Ulf gained in-depth experience in various global leadership roles at Brose, paragon and Hella. Previously, he supported operational and strategic improvements of automotive manufacturers and suppliers as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company.
Ulf studied Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Karlsruhe and holds a doctorate in Supply Chain Management from the University of Cologne.
