Victor is a manager and part of the Operations team. Along with the team, he is responsible for the restructuring and transformation of the portfolio companies.
Before joining AEQUITA, he gained extensive experience in restructuring and insolvency consulting. His focus included the preparation of restructuring reports and the planning of financing solutions, the development of measures to secure and manage liquidity as well as the support of corporate reorganizations in and out of court. Prior to this, he gained experience at various automotive suppliers, including in South Korea and the Netherlands.
Victor studied business administration with a focus on accounting and finance (M.Sc.) at the University of Paderborn and holds a Legum Magister in corporate restructuring (LL.M. corp. restruc.) from the University of Heidelberg.
